BlackBerry 8800 has built-in GPS receiver and Google map can leverage GPS capability that adds to BlackBerry by displaying your current location in the map.
The dot and blue arrow in the following screen shot represents your current location and moving direction.
The pity is that Google Map doesn’t support navigation. Garmin will launch Garmin Mobile for BlackBerry shortly, which has full navigation capability. With Garmin Mobile and a BlackBerry with built-in GPS, such as 8800, you don’t need regular GPS navigator any more.
